So one day my brother comes home and decides to tell me the unadultered tale of The Little Mermaid (where her voice is given up by means of cutting off her tongue. There's mermaid anatomy for ya), and I understood why Disney had to do what it does (at least sometimes) in order to let kids like I was watch them.
And so this is an picture I drewed of it. As you can see, my respect for mermaids is still very not there. I suppose I have to respect Ursula, though, for her violently awesome death scene (death via ship through the gut and sea lightning is way cooler than falling into the darkness by accident). We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
