It's the valiant Butter Knight on her trusty steed!

I suppose she's vassal to the Dairy Queen? Anyhow, I came across the idea for this when accidentally mispronouncing "Butter Knife," hence her weapon of choice.

this is adorable!
I prefer the Coors Light Night who I saw at Comic Con, but that might be because he is real. not nearly as cute as the Butter Knight though
