Well, your first problem is, that, you are on earth, you just fell down a rabbit hole, and you are now slowly falling toward Wonderland. Now here is what you need to do: take off your jacket and rapidly spin it in a circle above your head. Then you will start to fly. After that just keep going up till you see the opening. Problem solved!!
