Moefall

So a while back, I drew some of Firefall's mobs as girls for fun. It seemed appropriate to submit this on Halloween (though to half the world it is already November and also they don't understand this custom), so here it is!

NOTE: Rock-chan in the corner there is not an actual mob, but rather a bug in the game where sometimes enemy NPCs will get stuck in the terrain and open fire on you. Don't know if it's still happening in the current build, though.

If you guys still don't know what Firefall is (even though I think I keep mentioning it in my PAX reports), it's a PC game I've been working on with Red 5 Studios for the past 5 years. It's free or something! I help program the user interface for it!



That aside, I find moé anthropomorphization to be an enjoyable exercise. It's like some sort of weird creative puzzle, where the prize for winning is an unfamiliar yet familiar design!

In that respect, it's similar to programming, where the prize of the logic puzzle is a system that works! Oh my gosh! I love programming so much!
