This is the flash game I based my previous deviation on. Since some of you wanted to see it, you can sate your curiosity on this.

Normally I would refrain from releasing works in progress (because I would rather not make all these implicit "promises" of a completed product in the future), but since it's so old, I will maybe make an exception. Not going to work on this anymore, though. If I wanted to pick up Momiko again I would probably re-implement it from scratch.

Anyhow, nothing fantastic to do here. Just climb around the enclosure. Play with a baby chick or something.

Controls:
A / D - Run left / right
W - Jump
Mouse press - shoot a sideburn
Mouse release - retract the sideburn
Mouse drag - move chick or Momiko, if you are holding onto a surface

also: it's been a while since I've programmed in Flash. How the HELL did you do the stretchy hair??

I haven't, but that game looks really cool!

The stretchy hair is drawn through the Graphics.curveTo commands

It's a lot of fun. Tough, too. Old game for the Super Famicom but I'm sure there's a rom for it somewhere.
Thanks for the tip - I never messed with curveTo, gonna have to give it a shot.
