So this is in fact a Thank You deviation to a fan (whose name I shall not disclose, but refer to as DEV. Hmmm). This probably could have been an actual art piece had I not ruined it with the ah, text and my own presence. But hey, since when did I care? My priority is humor over art; if you want awesome masterpieces, there are thousands of artists more talented than I out there.

Anyhow, I had no idea what DEV looked like, and his gallery was too fresh for me to find any recurring characters of his, so I just made up a giant creepy monster based off his name - which, since it's hidden, you'll have no idea what it was. But it was somewhere along the lines of "frozen metropolis."

DEV actually spoke in better English than this, though - the net-speak is just there to utterly obliterate the atmosphere. And his present wasn't actually candy - however, by request of the giver, I will refrain from stating it. My apologies also to anyone whose comments I hide as it contains the sensitive information; sorry! ^_^;.
