夕暮れのマッチのアリス - "Alice of the Evening Match"

The picture is inspired by the title, which was inspired by the title of a song I was listening to while writing up my lab. To the first person who can guess what the song was and where it comes from, I will draw a character of your design. Here's a hint: it comes from a PS2 game, and the title sounds similar to this one's (Yuugure no Macchi no Arisu) with the exception of some vowels and the placement of one or two letters.
EDIT: Congratulations to ~larein, who was the first to guess the song and the game! ("Yuragi no Machi no ARISU"; Namco x Capcom). And an honorable mention to ~Clairvoire who managed to guess the game first.

Alright, enough of my tantalizing. On to useless back story!

Everyday at sunset Alice steps down from the moon and sets the sky on fire with the Evening Match, letting the evening flames spread until it chases the sun down the horizon and leaves the sky burnt black and flecked with ashen stars. Then she returns to the moon to sleep until the next sunset.

Okay, that wasn't very long. But drawing this sure was! This time I tried a lazier shading technique I learned from ~ARCHVERMIN. *is pleased with outcome*
