I had to say Penciled myself. It has an overall "finished cellshade" look to it and it is also easy on the eyes. It also falls into a happy medium of the three I would say.
The Brushed looks very good as a stylized piece and the character would definitely be able to hold it's own against backgrounds.
And the lineless version has a nice "art deco" feel. Characters completed like that would look great on Greeting Cards and other merchandise where "simple is better" tends to rule the scene.
But yea overall I like the pencil version best. (sorry about the long rant)
Personally (ha! as if my opinion matters! ) I think brush looks great for images with a lot of action, lineless is good for anything that's... well, I was going to say abstract but almost everything you draw is abstract, so whatever (maybe anything surrealist?). And penciled is great for anything that's meant to be "refined." So... undecided.
They all look good, I was between the penciled version and the brushed version... I like the lines on the brushed version a little more, especially on the hair... but ultimately the penciled version looked better (in my opinion) especially the hands...
Brushed for rougher, moving scenes. The rougher lines give it more life. Though the Pencil is cleaner and thus looks nicer. So maybe that for stills. That's my opinion.

The lineless is pretty cool too, though.
